Role Overview

The Manager of Professional Services Sales will be responsible for leading and developing a team of sales overlays to achieve and exceed services sales targets nationwide. This role involves strategizing and executing sales plans, fostering client relationships, and collaborating with various departments to ensure a cohesive approach to service sales. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales management, excellent leadership and communication skills, and a deep understanding of professional services in our industry. The candidate will be responsible for our CDW Coworker Delivered Services and collaborate with our leader of partner delivered services.


Key Responsibilities

  • Pioneer Dynamic Sales Strategies: Spearhead the development and execution of sales strategies and setting service sales targets for sales specialists and overlays. Your vision will pave the way for unprecedented growth, positioning you as a top sales leader.
  • Masterclass in Sales and Service Offerings: Become the architect of a comprehensive education program for sales teams and clients, showcasing CDW”s unparalleled service offerings. Your role will be instrumental in crafting the narrative that shapes our future.
  • Align Across the Business to Innovate: Orchestrate collaborations between the Professional Services and Solutions Development teams, you’ll ensure our solutions not only meet but exceed client expectations.
  • Analytics-Driven Performance Excellence: Harness the power of our data analytics teams to steer sales strategies, ensuring targets are not just met but surpassed. Your decisions will be backed by cutting-edge analytics, setting new standards for success. You will also drive accurate forecasting of sales pipeline.

§  Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, related field or relevant work experience equivalent.

§  At least 5 years of experience in sales management, with a focus on professional services.

§  Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate a team of sales professionals to achieve results.

§  Strong business acumen, with an ability to understand and communicate complex service solutions.

§  Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with an aptitude for building relationships with clients and stakeholders at all levels.

§  Experience with CRM software and sales performance tools.

§  Ability to travel as required to meet clients, attend conferences, and support the sales team.
