As an Associate Capability Advisor, you’ll lead successful daily program execution, including classroom management, training and development record maintenance, testing and measurement processes, self-paced learning, e-learning, and partner training. You will also assist in the design, development, and implementation of training solutions for the CDW Canada.

What you will do: 

  • Collaborate with leadership to implement a best-in-class onboarding program that supports CDW’s strategies and goals
  • Train and facilitate sessions for coworkers across various areas of the business
  • Coach new coworkers to build required skills, analyze program participant needs, and develop individualized plans to meet identified needs
  • Participate in project teams to design and develop participant and instructional materials.

What you need to succeed:
Must Have:

  • Proficient in French and English (Verbal & Written)
  • 1+ years of experience facilitating training or 2+ years of experience as a CDW Coworker
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities/projects, meet deadlines, facilitate change and delegate responsibilities
  • Aptitude for new concepts and technologies with the ability to quickly put them into practical use
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications

Nice to Have:

  • Knowledge/background of the technology industry and/or education
  • Facilitation experience with a track record of increasing participant knowledge, performance and effectiveness
