Our Google for Education Training Consultant will work with Education (EDU) clients to create and deliver technically-focused best practice content around Google for Education via presentations and certification classes. These presentations will be delivered both in person and virtual. The candidate should have an aptitude for creating and presenting engaging content. Greater than 50% travel may be required to present at various customer locations, conference centers and partner locations throughout Canada.
Key Areas of Responsibility
- Delivering live online presentations for marketing, certifications and customer purchases
- Traveling within North America to deliver in-person sessions and presentations at customer locations, partner locations and conferences
- Maintaining and updating key Tech PD content as the Google ecosystem changes and grows
- Maintaining and updating Certification courseware and exams to provide a high quality product
- Recording and capturing key sales leads using tools and customer discussions
- Reporting and tracking key team metrics that contribute to the success of team goals
- Other Responsibilities
- Outline and explain CDW Amplified services to customers and convey value propositions
- Overview and value proposition of Third Party Tools and Services
- Identify customer training opportunities, communication, hosting and logistics
- Creation of new certification courses, recorded material and exams as needed
- Execution of a GFE Audit service with customers quarterly
Education and/or Experience Qualifications
- Secondary School Graduate or equivalent GED
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years experience in K12 school districts, specifically in IT departments managing Google for Education
- 1+ years experience using and managing aspects of the Google Admin Console
Preferred Qualifications
- 1+ years experience presenting, providing training to adult learners
- Amplified Admin Level 1 certified
- Familiarity with other typical K12 IT systems such as Active Directory, Inventory management, Exchange, Student Information Systems, Learning Management Systems
- 3+ years managing a Google EDU environment
