This position supports Purchasing Operations. The Summer Intern will learn about CDW’s product catalogue, maintenance of EDC data, Partner KPI Data Metrics and other Procurement Operation. They will review and provide reporting that will highlight detailed information pertaining to CDW’s current product catalog and Partner performance. This involves understanding our financial controls, complying with audits, understanding our standard operating procedures (SOP).

What you'll do:

  • Run monthly Partner performance reports (KPI’s, Audit and Freight reports)
  • Ensure all cost changes are accurate in the system as driven by vendor and distributor announcements.
  • Categorize new product records into the applicable product groups.
  • Research and identify new products, alternative suppliers for hard to find product and alternative manufacturers.
  • Work interdepartmentally and internationally to ensure consistency and efficiency of Product Data across the organization, including Canada, CDW UK and attached international outside services team.

What you need to succeed:

  • Be in pursuit of a relevant college or university degree with the graduation date of December 2025 or April 2026
  •  Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications (ex. Excel, Power BI, Outlook)
  • SQL/Program writing
  • AI knowledge (Co-Pilot)
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills. Can effectively communicate with business stakeholders.
  • Ability to think critically and problem solve.
  • Ability to effectively prioritize, follow-up, and meet deadlines with multiple tasks and projects.

The 2025 Summer Intern Program will run from May 2025- August 2025.

Pay range: $ 23- $ 24/hour, depending on experience and skill set
